It’s Jayson here.

As you all know ICS – Integral Coaching Solutions has been running for 4 years this passed month.

As we are wanting to expand the business for 2012, we have some exciting changes happening.

I have added a Video page to the website. this will contain new videos every couple of weeks that i will be putting up for you guys to watch and you can subscribe to through the YOUTUBE channel we have as well.

Will also do our best to have a Selection of the week on the site , and the Facebook page where we will select a Movie, Book or Song/Album of the week. It will be something we will be putting up for everyone to check out which you may or may not have heard of before, which may be helpful for your motivation, Inspiration or just a different way to look at situations in life.

Also if you haven’t heard what we are doing for you all, there is a great deal we are putting out there.

I find the best way of getting my name and business out there is through the people who really know me which is you.

Ok let me explain. It doesn’t matter which state or even country you are in as I am able to provide my service to them.
